Child Welfare

British Ski and Snowboard are committed to always considering the welfare of our athletes. We represent athletes from the age of twelve onwards and the protection of these athletes is extremely important to us. Please respect the privacy of our athletes. All coaches or team managers working for BSS are required to sign a declaration. Please download a copy here, complete and return to Bridget Owen as soon as possible.

Coaches and officials, if BSS require you to undergo a CRB disclosure please note we have an information sharing policy with the other governing bodies of snowsports in Great Britain. If you sign the “information sharing permission form” it should save you having to have a CRB check for the other governing bodies of snowsports if you work or volunteer for them.

All drivers working for BSS are required to sign a declaration. Please download a copy here, complete and return to Bridget Owen as soon as possible

Please contact our Child Welfare Officer for more details.
